Team Lead, Ads Solutions Engineering

gTech Ads at Google provides technical support and media services covering the full Ad products stack for a large and diverse customer base. The team partners internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and improve scalable, bespoke, and complex advertising and measurement solutions globally.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in analytical roles including business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies involving architecture, development, or maintenance of cloud solutions or cloud data engineering.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning and building related solutions.
• Experience working with systems such as Linux or Unix operating systems.

• Lead scoping, designing, and building globally reusable ads solutions and best practices.
• Adapt bespoke regional ads solutions into globally scaled implementations support for thousands of customers.
• Lead workflows and solution lifecycle strategy ensuring technical excellence, innovation, and compliance.
• Develop new engagement avenues with stakeholders and customers using scalable techniques and capabilities.
