Country Manager, Google Cloud (Polish, English)

Google Cloud provides enterprise-grade solutions to help organizations digitally transform their businesses and industries. It serves customers in more than 200 countries and territories, including Poland.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in sales leadership and general management in technology
• Experience growing businesses in Poland
• Experience in people management and cross-functional leadership
• Experience working with stakeholders including business leaders, community organizations, or government
• Fluent in Polish and English

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as a regional/country manager or in cross-cultural/multi-market leadership
• Experience leading executive-level customer conversations and translating AI capabilities into business value
• Ability to drive commercial activities and set business plans and sales strategy
• Ability to prioritize business-generating activities in a fast-growing environment
• Ability to learn Google Cloud solutions and understand their value proposition
• Excellent problem-solving acumen and thought leadership

• Lead sales and commercial operations to deliver business growth with a focus on large customers
• Build key external relationships to open up business opportunities
• Represent Google Cloud in the market and represent the country internally
• Lead cross-functional teams around an integrated plan for success
• Establish strong relationships with executive-level individuals in the Cloud ecosystem
• Prospect, qualify, discuss, and assist the team in closing key accounts
