PMO Officer (Reinsurance Digital Products) | f/m/d

• Fluency in English (minimum B2)
• University degree or soon to graduate
• Open, communicative, and proactive attitude
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Over 2 years of experience in PMO or similar roles in an IT environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in financial tracking, effort analysis, or working with project budgets
• Understanding of resource allocation processes and workload planning across multiple projects

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PowerBI

• Supporting Project/Program Managers in tracking deliverables, milestones, and overall progress
• Coordinating regular and on-demand project/program reporting
• Implementing, coordinating, and improving project governance and communication
• Ensuring project plans and documentation are complete, timely, and up to date
• Cooperating with other departments and international colleagues to deliver IT projects effectively
• Supporting finance-related projects by monitoring KPIs, planned vs. actual effort, and budget usage
• Coordinating resource allocation across multiple initiatives, ensuring transparency of workload and availability
• Preparing concise financial and resource allocation reports aligned with Finance and Delivery teams
• Identifying discrepancies in effort or allocation and proposing corrective actions to maintain project standards
