• Fluency in English
• Strong background in financial projects
• Experience delivering complex IT system-related projects
• Proven experience in Agile and classical/waterfall software development methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2)
• Demonstrable change project management experience
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with third parties

Nice to have:

• German written and spoken language
• Experience in the Investment/Asset Management industry

• Managing projects of medium and large size with responsibility for budget, scope, quality, and time
• Embracing an agile approach and methodology
• Conducting Risk and Issue Management, including planning and monitoring mitigation measures
• Managing third-party service suppliers, product vendors, and internal team members in a matrix responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with obligatory rules including regulators’ requirements according to policies and guidelines
• Ensuring effective stakeholder and change management
• Providing appropriate status reporting
