Workday Extend Lead

• Hands-on Workday Extend experience and full lifecycle Workday implementation.
• Strong experience leading global teams on Workday implementations.
• Experience with Workday integration technologies such as Orchestrate and Workday Studio.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage virtual team and client interactions efficiently.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong client focus and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.

Nice to have:

• Fluency in any European language.
• Current Workday Extend and Integrations Partner Certifications.
• Consultancy experience working closely with global and offshore delivery teams.

• Architect, design, develop, and implement Workday Extend use cases for Workday HCM and Financials.
• Lead teams of Workday technical resources in application development.
• Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems integrating Workday cloud with external applications.
• Collaborate with clients and third parties to develop technical solutions supporting business processes.
• Follow strategic direction set by client leadership for Workday project goals.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives including design and build activities.
• Identify and escalate risks timely and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.
• Exercise latitude in decision-making and act independently on new assignments.
