Data Analysis Project Manager

The position is within the Computational Science Centre of Excellence (CS CoE), which is undergoing a major migration to a newly built data platform (OneDBM). The role serves as the primary quality gatekeeper during this critical migration phase, bridging scientific, business, and technical teams to ensure operational quality before the platform goes live.

• Strong mid-level or senior professional maturity, confidence, and assertiveness to uphold strict quality standards in a fast-paced delivery cycle.
• Strong foundation in Python and Cloud platforms to understand, evaluate, and challenge analytical test outputs.
• Organized and process-driven with the ability to track multiple DoR criteria, test statuses, and follow-ups systematically.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly resilient and capable of maintaining a firm stance on quality without compromise.

• Oversee readiness execution by managing and governing the DoR testing cycle focused on data analysis capabilities.
• Evaluate and validate test outputs from the platform delivery team against agreed-upon DoR criteria.
• Filter complex issues and escalate to internal Data Analysis Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Track progress to maintain clear visibility on testing execution, success rates, and outstanding readiness gaps.
• Bridge communication between platform delivery team and internal scientific stakeholders to clarify testing requirements and resolve blockers.
• Represent platform quality formally in all readiness meetings to ensure business requirements are met.
