• Strong architecture, integration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and leading technical initiatives.

• Design, lead, and oversee One Identity implementations and support operations.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to delivery teams.
• Manage platform configuration, customization, and integrations as the IAM Solution Architect.
• Review and govern operational runbooks, SLA frameworks, and incident/change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including platform upgrades, performance optimization, workflow automation, and technical debt reduction.
• Act as the key liaison between IT Security, business stakeholders, and governance teams.
• Lead knowledge transfer activities, maintain solution documentation, and mentor junior team members.
