Senior Cloud Engineer - GCP (f/m/n)

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP
• Production Kubernetes experience including networking, security, tenancy, and lifecycle management
• Expertise in Terraform at module-authoring level
• Solid networking fundamentals: VPC design, CIDR planning, DNS, hybrid connectivity
• Experience in compliance-driven environments such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, or similar
• Knowledge of GitOps methodology and tooling
• Experience with observability stacks including metrics, structured logging, and tracing
• Clear technical communication skills including writing and defending design documents

• Infrastructure as a product mindset including SLOs and developer experience
• Experience designing cloud foundations for organizations
• Ability to build scalable patterns and enable teams
• Skills in gaining buy-in across teams and navigating the human side of platform work
• Capability to raise the technical bar of the team

• Design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP
• Build scalable guardrails for multi-team, multi-environment setups with compliance requirements
• Create reusable infrastructure for self-service provisioning
• Define cloud governance including IAM strategies, organizational policies, and policy-as-code
• Write design documents and represent technical divisions in cross-team and leadership forums
