Scrum Master Python Developer

• Strong experience in programming language: Python
• Native-level Polish language proficiency
• Knowledge of version control system (preferred GIT)
• Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
• Teamwork and high level of communication skills
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with Swedish team members and key stakeholders

• Basic understanding of Erlang

• Facilitate smooth and efficient Scrum ceremonies
• Coach the team on Agile practices without micromanaging
• Cooperate within the development/DevOps team to facilitate and improve CI/CD environment
• Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

• Support better collaboration between Product Owner and the team
• Help manage stakeholder expectations
