Full Stack Developer (React+Node) in the EU

Andersen is hiring for a project developing a digital healthcare platform that builds secure, scalable telemedicine solutions. The customer is a European digital healthcare company providing technology-enabled medical services through an online platform, focusing on remote patient services, digital care delivery, and preventive health programs.

• Experience working with React for 3+ years.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node, and NPM.
• React experience in a full stack implementation context.
• Ability to transform UX designs into React components.
• Experience with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of software development best practices such as SOLID, ACID, and OO design principles.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Understanding of DevOps practices including Docker and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular.
• Previous development/integration experience with Java and GoLang.
• Writing integration tests such as Cypress and understanding BDD principles.
• Experience integrating with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Understanding of CI/CD methodologies, including GitHub Actions.

• Designing, building, testing, and delivering new frontend medical services using React and Angular.
• Maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing existing services to reflect clinical innovation, regulatory change, and new medicines.
• Working within a microservices-based architecture following software design principles like SOLID, ACID, and object-oriented design.
• Applying modern development standards to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders to balance business constraints with technical quality.
• Contributing to continuous delivery ensuring each development increment delivers clear business value.
• Participating actively in team discussions and supporting team problem-solving.
• Engaging with technologies including clinical algorithms and cloud platforms such as GCP.
• Supporting a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to delivery and communication.
