Senior Java Developer (Pricing)

The role is part of a team building pricing solutions that manage product prices throughout their lifecycle, integrating retail and e-commerce data and automating key business processes to improve omnichannel operational efficiency.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Java Developer
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL
• Practical experience with Maven, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, GIT, JUnit, Apache Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, and microservice patterns
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to combine technical expertise with leadership and decision-making skills
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level
• Experience with AI tools that deliver measurable time savings and quality improvements

Nice to have:

• Experience in technical coaching
• Experience with frontend technologies (ReactJS, MUI) or openness to gaining such experience

• Design and implement backend applications in Java using technologies like JDK 25, Spring Boot 3.x/4.x, OpenShift, K8s, and Docker
• Maintain existing applications by fixing bugs, optimizing solutions, implementing monitoring, and managing CI/CD
• Participate in expanding business systems
• Share specialist knowledge with team members
• Document changes made to systems
• Conduct regular code reviews and support other developers
• Actively contribute to improving software development processes in the organization
