QA Engineer with Python

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Hands-on experience with test automation in Python
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with SDLC and version control systems (Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (at least B2)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power Systems
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (OPC, IEC 60870-5-104, MODBUS, IEEE C37.118)
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• BDD testing approaches (Gherkin)
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with performance, security, or compliance testing

• Plan and execute software testing strategies based on business and functional requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases
• Perform functional and non-functional testing of customer-facing solutions
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Validate real-life scenarios using laboratory equipment
• Manage test execution and reporting through Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, testing standards, and product quality
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and advocate testing best practices
• Build expertise in Power Systems and support the product throughout its lifecycle
• Mentor team members and promote a quality-first mindset across the organization
