Business Analyst

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Business Continuity Planning, or Operational Resilience initiatives
• Good understanding of ICT Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, and Crisis Management frameworks
• Strong knowledge of DORA and related regulatory requirements in the Financial Services Industry
• Hands-on experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience projects in a financial services environment
• Experience creating and maintaining frameworks, policies, procedures, governance documentation, and operational processes
• Ability to prepare high-quality project documentation, presentations, reports, and stakeholder materials
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitation of workshops across teams
• Experience working in complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to gather and rationalize input from various stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic and cross-functional environments

• Support identification and definition of ICT disruption scenarios mapped to Critical Important Functions (CIFs)
• Contribute to development of the ICT Business Continuity Planning (ICT BCP) framework, templates, and documentation
• Assist in designing and implementing ICT BCP testing methodologies based on BCCM&R standards
• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate workshops with stakeholders to develop and maintain ICT Business Continuity Plans
• Monitor and track actions from meetings and coordinate follow-up activities
• Collaborate closely with the DORA Programme and other stakeholders to align ICT BCP scope and regulatory requirements
• Support creation, maintenance, and improvement of ICT BCP governance documentation and lifecycle processes
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, status reports, and delivery materials
• Engage with business and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure consistent implementation of ICT continuity standards
