RPA Developer (m/f/n)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath development
• Hands-on experience combining RPA with AI, including LLM integrations
• Strong knowledge of business process automation
• Experience with enterprise systems like SAP, ERP, and CRM
• Knowledge of Python or programming experience is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to work with business and IT
• English proficiency (minimum B2)
• Fluency in Polish

• Develop robots using UiPath and build independent, testable components
• Design and deliver RPA combined with AI solutions, including LLM integrations
• Create scalable and reliable automations aligned with PDD and best practices
• Build reusable components and libraries to standardize and accelerate delivery
• Integrate robots with SAP, ERP/CRM systems, web applications, SQL databases, and office tools
• Implement business logic and robust error/exception handling
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
• Support automation monitoring and update documentation
• Contribute to Center of Excellence standards and best practices
