System Analyst with PO experience

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst with PO experience for a project building enterprise integrations, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain, providing diverse customer-oriented solutions with a strong focus on digital capabilities and operational excellence. The project involves designing and implementing an integration layer connecting multiple business systems and digital services, including insurance and customer service workflows.

• 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms.
• Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking and systems understanding.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear, implementable technical specifications.
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
• Modelling business processes using BPMN, designing solutions, and building prototypes.
• Supporting backlog refinement with detailed requirement elaboration.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams.
• Owning product vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Defining and managing roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
• Making scope and trade-off decisions balancing value, risks, and constraints.
• Ensuring backlog readiness and alignment with business goals.
• Actively engaging stakeholders and aligning expectations.
• Leading demos, reviews, and validating delivered increments (DoD).
• Monitoring KPIs, customer feedback, and product performance.
• Managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, data privacy, and security requirements.
• Driving Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement.
