• University degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
• Over 8 years of experience in senior technical roles
• Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) including RAII, smart pointers, STL, concurrency, and memory management
• Practical knowledge of C# development is a plus
• Strong experience with multithreading, synchronization primitives, and asynchronous I/O
• Proficiency with build systems (CMake, Visual Studio) and cross-platform development for Windows and Linux
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
• Demonstrated experience with performance profiling, optimization, and low-latency systems
• Understanding of software architecture principles and secure, scalable system design
• Good problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing techniques and frameworks
• Knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security)
• Practical experience in power grid management and monitoring systems
• Understanding of power grid operations and applicable standards
• Experience with industrial automation systems (SCADA, IED, RTU)

• Develop system design covering multithreading, synchronization, I/O, and latency requirements for real-time operation
• Develop high-performance C++ cores integrating with runtime services (.NET, Rust) minimizing latency
• Implement performance optimization and scalability by profiling threading behavior and reducing memory allocations
• Maintain high code quality via code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to SOLID, KISS, DRY principles
• Participate in technical architecture reviews, design documentation, and roadmap planning
• Support strategic technology decisions on dependencies, build tooling, and secure software supply chain practices
• Maintain cross-platform support ensuring Linux and Windows compatibility
• Apply practical Linux development and deployment strategies
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Enhance existing systems and create new features continuously
• Work effectively within an agile environment collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
