Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing across fields such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Nice to have:
- Experience driving strategic multi-year initiatives with continuous performance and user experience improvement.
- Experience in marketing, strategic consulting, sales, or go-to-market.
- Experience creating and executing successful B2C or B2B marketing strategies and campaigns, including high-touch event management.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with business judgment and creative flair for product positioning and marketing campaigns.
Obowiązki
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, programs, and events for the CEE market.
- Provide strategic guidance for launching and growing Google product features and services.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for informed marketing decisions.
- Communicate marketing strategies and campaign results to stakeholders including sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns across physical and digital channels.
- Manage campaign and program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI.

- Salary range: PLN 228,000 - 234,000 plus 15% bonus target.
