Technical Program Manager

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Technology, SaaS, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or regulated environments.
• Proven success managing multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing, delivery governance, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Scientific Informatics, ELN, Laboratory Systems, or Research Applications.
• Knowledge of SaaS releases, system integrations, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in global matrix organizations.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and validation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Business, and external vendors.
• Drive release planning, testing readiness, deployment activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and program governance artifacts such as RAID logs, status reports, and roadmaps.
• Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and planning sessions.
• Support user adoption through training, communications, and change management.

• Onsite presence in Ireland is required with availability to travel up to 8 days per month, typically as one extended visit per month.
