- Creating and maintaining golden-path templates and patterns that speed up onboarding and reduce differences between teams.
- Delivering real project examples that teams can reuse directly.
- Improving self-service onboarding to help the platform scale across the organisation.
- Running and supporting feedback loops, turning developer issues into ready-to-use solutions.
- Creating and enhancing platform documentation.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, architecture, and risk/control teams to ensure practical and compliant guidance.
