Technical Program Manager, Pixel Core Platform Software

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in mobile devices, Hardware (HW)/Software (SW)/embedded software and Android software development.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams and help them deliver against a backlog.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity by establishing structure, organizing teams, and implementing scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage complex and large scale Software (SW) projects including tracking progress, resolving dependencies, evaluating risks, and communicating status.
• Remove obstacles to drive momentum, manage issue escalations, and support teams balancing competing priorities.
• Understand technical implementation and propose technical alternatives when necessary.
• Review key program metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams to drive impact and achieve mutual goals.
• Build, maintain, and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
