- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, Service Catalogue, and Service Request Management.
- Practical knowledge of business analysis including requirements gathering, creating user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Experience in designing, optimizing, and testing processes and solutions deployed in ServiceNow.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, cooperate with development teams, and work with system integrations.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management / ITIL and experience in process improvement and automation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Independence and precision.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.

- Analyze and optimize Service Request Management processes and IT service catalogs in the ServiceNow platform.
- Identify business needs and design requirements for new and existing Service Request templates.
- Create and update process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams on implementing, configuring, and improving ServiceNow solutions.
- Prepare and execute testing of deployed functionalities and verify solution compliance with requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Support end-users and support teams.
