Collections Support Processor with Spanish and English

• Availability to work in hybrid mode in the Warsaw office.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level).
• Diligence, proactiveness, and attention to detail.

• Great communication skills.
• Experience in collections or accounts receivable is an asset.

• Proactively perform timely cash collection via phone and emails.
• Continuously learn company policies.
• Investigate and review credit risks.
• Evaluate customers and suppliers credit history.
• Prepare and perform follow-ups of collection letters.
• Manage escalations and lead negotiations with critical customers.
• Refer delicate matters to superiors.

• Must be available to work in a hybrid mode in the Warsaw office.
