Mid-Level Business Transformation Analyst – Change Management & Implementation

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or transformation programs.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in change management and implementation activities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good communication skills, with fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in change management or related fields.
• Prior experience in large corporate environments or consulting.

• Conduct thorough business analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to conceptualize innovative solutions and operating models.
• Support Change & Implementation activities to seamlessly embed change and ensure benefits realization.
• Engage in Program and Project Management to maintain momentum, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of large-scale changes.
