Full Stack QA Engineer

Andersen is hiring for a project developing a scalable vehicle branding management platform and automating business workflows across mobility operations. The customer is a global investment management firm focused on innovation, responsible investing, and operational excellence. The project automates branding agency coordination, driver verification, compliance checks, payment tracking, and vehicle/driver classification workflows.

• Experience as a Full Stack QA Engineer for 4+ years.
• Experience in mobile testing (iOS & Android) for 1+ years.
• Recent hands-on experience with both functional and automated testing.
• Proficiency in API testing (Postman or similar), database operations (CRUD), and basic command-line tools (bash/zsh).
• Proficiency in Kotlin or alternatively strong programming skills in Java.
• Solid understanding of mobile platforms, client-server architecture, and network protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), version control (Git), and test management practices.
• Ability to read and reason for backend and frontend code to pinpoint defects accurately.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coding, testing, and code review workflows.
• English language proficiency from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with contract testing (Pact) or visual regression testing for mobile.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based device farms (BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab).
• Experience with GraphQL and gRPC contract testing.

• Designing and maintaining test cases/test suites for product features.
• Participating in agile practices such as discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for APIs and mobile UI (iOS and Android), implementing shift-left testing practices.
• Building and maintaining test frameworks and tools for QA engineers, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Working with TechOps and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing workflows.
• Investigating production issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with backend and mobile developers to prevent regressions.
• Tracking quality metrics in Jira/Tableau, automating routine tasks, advocating for testability, and mentoring QA team members.
