Wymagania
- Experience with RPA tools, especially UiPath or similar
- Ability to create macros (VBA) and basic automation scripts
- Practical experience with databases and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience using exposed APIs (REST/SOAP) for integration
- Basic Python stack knowledge for automation and AI software development
- Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving
- Effective communication and requirement elicitation skills
- Proficiency in Polish and intermediate to advanced English (B2-C1)
- Self-reliance, creativity, and goal-oriented mindset
- AI-powered mindset: openness to testing and implementing AI tools
Nice to have:
- Experience working with SAP (automation, integrations, GUI, transactions)
Obowiązki
- Design, create, and deploy business process automations using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
- Analyze and map processes to identify automation opportunities
- Gather and refine requirements in collaboration with business teams
- Develop macros and small tools supporting automation
- Develop automation software using AI models in Python
- Test and maintain created automation robots
- Create technical documentation and report progress
- Propose unconventional solutions and improvements
- Track AI trends and implement them in products to maintain innovation leadership
