Wymagania

  • Understands data alignment with business context and needs
  • Experience in at least one system migration project with data responsibility
  • Proficient in querying and analyzing datasets using SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, Excel, and GenAI
  • Ability to design and implement data processes and governance
  • Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations
  • Ability to work with sensitive HR personal data
  • Clear documentation skills for data findings
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficient in Polish and English (C1 or higher)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with data across multiple countries or legal entities
  • Practical experience with global HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of process mining or data-driven process improvement
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or BPM
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards and views

Obowiązki

  • Align data types, structures, and validations with business context, processes, and needs
  • Participate in system migration projects with data responsibility
  • Query and analyze large and varied datasets using SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, Excel, and GenAI
  • Design and implement data processes, monitoring, and governance solutions
  • Document findings including data dictionaries, field mapping, playbooks, and process write-ups
  • Communicate data findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with and respect the sensitivity of HR personal data
