Diagnostyka S.A. is building a dedicated SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) to manage the architecture and development of their SAP S/4 HANA system. The role focuses on the SAP RE-FX module within this CoE, connecting business and IT teams in a company undergoing digital maturity advancement.

• Higher education preferred in IT, technical, or management fields.
• 5–7 years practical experience with SAP RE-FX, including knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Ability to take full responsibility for processes from business analysis through design to stabilization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to plan long-term system development.
• Proactive attitude, relationship building with stakeholders and users, and experience working in CoE structures or major implementations/digital transformations.

• Configure and parameterize the SAP RE-FX module including architectural and usage object structures, contract types, financial conditions, business partners, and indexing rules.
• Oversee and configure IFRS 16 standard for lease and rental contract calculations, collaborating with the FI-AA fixed assets module.
• Maintain integration and data flow consistency between RE-FX and other SAP modules such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, and CO/Controlling.
• Create test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users, and manage stable deployment to production.
• Provide 3rd line support, training, and develop user instructions.
• Maintain consistent and clear project and process documentation in relevant systems.
