Senior SAP SD Business Analyst

• Commercial experience as an SAP SD Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD in ECC and S/4HANA
• Experience with the Order-to-Cash (OTC) business process
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and functional design
• Ability to conduct business workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders
• Experience preparing functional documentation and specifications
• Knowledge of defect management and issue resolution
• Experience working in international project environments
• Very good English communication skills (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP Business AI for OTC
• Knowledge of Extensions & Agents for LoB & Industry for SAP OTC
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM and FICO
• Previous experience in global SAP transformation or S/4HANA migration projects

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements from sales and business stakeholders
• Analyse and document business processes and functional requirements
• Prepare functional specifications and solution designs
• Configure SAP SD within the Order-to-Cash area
• Support order management, pricing, billing and returns processes
• Investigate and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate defect resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM) and integration teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous optimisation initiatives
• Work independently within project teams while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
