Senior Linux Server Support Specialist

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Unix server environments
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Satellite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Experience with server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and incident management
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools
• Good understanding of IT security, compliance, and operational best practices
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) level

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with VMware environments
• Experience with Solaris, AIX, or IBM i (IBMi)
• Knowledge of Veritas Cluster Administration
• Previous experience in the financial sector or other highly regulated environments

• Manage and support enterprise Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Unix server environments
• Collaborate with Server Engineering and support teams to ensure stable daily operations
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and resolve major incidents
• Automate operational tasks using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Optimize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources and infrastructure performance
• Perform patching, upgrades, hardening, and ensure compliance with security standards
• Monitor and improve server reliability, availability, and operational processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
