(Senior) Pricing Analyst (f/m/n)

InPost is a technology-driven company leading the logistics industry in Poland. They produce and design their core product, Paczkomat devices, in-house and continually expand their service portfolio with solutions like InPost Fresh, Fulfillment, and InPost Pay, aimed at enhancing customer convenience. The role focuses on optimization in logistics and e-commerce.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in revenue management, market analyses, pricing strategy, or business consulting.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work with SQL databases.
• Use of AI models and seeking improvements in daily work.
• High level of independence and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to work under time pressure.
• Higher education in data analysis, economics, finance, or related fields.
• Developed analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and communicate them effectively to various groups.
• Internal motivation and a sense of responsibility for prepared analyses.
• Teamwork skills and highly developed communication capabilities.
• Good knowledge of the English language, minimum B2 level in both speaking and writing.

• Shape pricing policy and conduct ongoing margin and profitability analyses for InPost products.
• Actively participate in preparing and executing sales campaigns.
• Perform business analyses for new products and initiatives and prepare recommendations.
• Support the Sales Division with pricing analytics for commercial negotiations.
• Report on pricing and revenue and monitor implementation of pricing strategy.
• Observe market trends in logistics service pricing for e-commerce.
