Engineering Uplift Lead

• Strong background in software engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
• Experience leading engineering improvement or transformation initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of engineering excellence practices, CI/CD, automation, observability, and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence technical direction without direct line management.
• Fluent English in an international working environment.

• Identify engineering improvement opportunities using operational data, metrics, incidents, and user feedback.
• Define and drive initiatives to improve reliability, performance, automation, quality, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads to prioritize and deliver improvements.
• Promote engineering best practices, standards, and consistent delivery processes.
• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
• Define KPIs, monitor engineering performance, and measure the impact of improvements.
• Coach engineering teams and support the adoption of modern engineering practices.
