• Monitor vendor performance using KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Support vendor review meetings by tracking actions and following up on remediation plans.
• Analyse performance, risk, spend, and service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Risk teams to ensure effective vendor oversight.
• Contribute to process improvements and the standardisation of vendor management practices.
