Fullstack Engineer

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. It is an engineer-founded company focused on delivering software for clients, operating with a flat structure and open-door policies. The position is part of Euvic's Managed Team, working remotely or in Gliwice on diverse initiatives and projects with a strong emphasis on AI tools for software development.

• Commercial experience as a Backend Developer using .NET or Node.js with TypeScript.
• Very good knowledge of at least one backend framework: ASP.NET Core, Nest.js, or Express.
• AI-first mindset: treating AI tools as core components in development.
• Documented experience with tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for software design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ability to build custom AI workflows and practices improving team productivity and software quality.
• Communicative knowledge of English for client contact and international projects.

Nice to have:

• Experience with both Node.js and .NET.
• Active following of AI tool development and experimenting with AI workflows.
• Experience defining AI-assisted development standards.
• Designing and building services integrated with LLM.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Experience mentoring others in AI usage.

• Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software using AI tools.
• Building independent AI workflow and practices that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Developing backend solutions with .NET or Node.js with TypeScript.
• Working with backend frameworks like ASP.NET Core, Nest.js, or Express.
• Fast onboarding across various business domains.
• Collaborating internationally with clients in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in both Node.js and .NET.
• Keeping up to date with AI tools for developers and experimenting with new workflows.
• Defining AI-assisted development standards for development teams.
• Designing and building services integrating with large language models (LLM).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.

Candidate identity verification is required during recruitment stages. First workday is onsite at an Euvic office for onboarding and equipment collection. Work is 100% remote with option to work from Gliwice office.
