Agile Delivery Leader/-ka - One Portal Tribe

The position is offered by T-Mobile Polska in Warszawa and involves working with multiple development teams in an Enterprise Agile environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in IT project delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (reports, dashboards, analyses).
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to plan team work, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate dependencies.

Nice to have:

• Experience in international projects or large Enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of release processes and practical support of the Release Manager.

• Responsibility for delivery of the product.
• Coordination of multiple Scrum teams in an international project.
• Synchronization and prioritization of the backlog.
• Supporting teams in using Scrum methodology and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Creating reports, dashboards, and analyses in Jira and Confluence to monitor work progress.
• Supporting the Release Manager in planning and executing releases.
