Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst for a project modernizing banking solutions and improving scalability, efficiency, and management of digital lending services. The customer is a financial services organization providing banking products and digital solutions for individual and business clients. The company operates through an established service network and online platforms and is part of a larger international financial group. The project focuses on modernizing and decoupling cash loan management processes within a banking ecosystem to enhance scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency by separating core lending functionalities into independent services and streamlining loan lifecycle management.
Wymagania
- Experience as a Business/System Analyst in banking or fintech projects for 3+ years.
- Understanding of HIBIS core banking system architecture.
- Experience in monolith decomposition, migration, or service extraction projects.
- Hands-on experience with BPM platforms (HIBIS POP, Camunda, or similar).
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories).
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
- Understanding of integrations including REST, Kafka, SOAP, and ESB.
- Process modeling skills with BPMN 2.0.
- English language proficiency at minimum Upper-Intermediate level.
Nice to have:
- Experience with core banking systems (HIBIS or similar).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Basic knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with monoliths.
Obowiązki
- Analyzing current processes in HIBIS / HIBIS POP (AS-IS).
- Decomposing monolithic processes and identifying candidates for extraction.
- Designing target processes (TO-BE) in Camunda (BPMN).
- Defining business logic and orchestration scenarios.
- Preparing requirements for development (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Aligning solutions with business stakeholders and architects.
- Participating in designing integrations between Camunda and banking systems.
- Supporting the development team with clarifications, grooming, and demos.
- Participating in testing including UAT and validation against requirements.
