Cybersecurity Network Engineer (f/m/x)

Senior Cybersecurity Engineer role in the Network Security Product team focused on Secure Access Network Services, leading the evolution of Network Access Control, identity-driven security, segmentation, and authentication for a global enterprise.

• Minimum 5 years experience in cybersecurity engineering focused on network security
• Deep expertise in Cisco technologies, especially Cisco ISE, TrustSec, and Dot1x
• Experience deploying and maintaining Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls including SSL decryption and threat prevention
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles including Terraform and GitHub
• Practical experience using Python for automation and managing network security infrastructure
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking including routing protocols and switching
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Finance
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows for security operations

• Drive long-term technical roadmap for network access aligned with Zero Trust security
• Partner with business units to translate security requirements into technical initiatives and policies
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers
• Design, deploy, and maintain authentication solutions using protocols like 802.1X, EAP-TLS, RADIUS, and MFA
• Integrate security platforms with enterprise Identity Providers
• Lead lifecycle management of Cisco ISE deployments including upgrades and optimizations
• Develop and maintain observability, monitoring, and reporting dashboards for platform health and compliance
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code principles to improve deployment speed and consistency
