- 3–5+ years of experience building financial or trading systems in Java or C++ on Linux
- Strong knowledge of concurrent programming and lock-free algorithms
- Practical experience with low-latency engineering
- Experience designing and implementing distributed systems
- Familiarity with AWS EC2 and optimizing cloud environments for low latency
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a dynamic environment

- Developing and expanding components of high-throughput, low-latency trading systems
- Implementing new functionalities in existing and new modules
- Maintaining code quality and effectively analyzing and fixing errors
- Optimizing performance, scalability, and system stability
- Collaborating closely with Trading, Quant, and DevOps teams
