Agile Delivery Leader/-ka - One Portal Tribe

T-Mobile is hiring an experienced Delivery Leader/-ka to coordinate multiple Scrum teams within an international IT Agile/Scrum environment. The role is focused on ensuring smooth delivery of projects in a complex Enterprise setting at their Warsaw office.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience delivering IT projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (reports, dashboards, analyses).
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Ability to plan team work, prioritize backlog, and coordinate dependencies.

Nice to have:

• Experience in international projects or large Enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of release processes and practical support for the Release Manager.

• Responsibility for delivery of the product.
• Coordination of multiple Scrum teams in an international project.
• Synchronization and prioritization of the backlog.
• Supporting teams in Scrum methodology and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Creating reports, dashboards, and analyses in Jira and Confluence to track progress.
• Supporting the Release Manager in planning and executing releases.
