Senior Product Manager

Our Client dominates the Polish e-commerce arena as the market leader since 1999, with a user base of over 20 million. The client has a talented IT team of over 1,000 employees focusing on developing their own technologies. Jit Team has partnered with this client since spring 2021, with multiple autonomous software development teams designing platform components through micro-services. This project involves delivering software at massive scale with a direct impact on millions of users.

• 4–5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or AX 2012 in Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst roles
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Polish tax localization) and/or Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Master Planning, Manufacturing)
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), and D365 data model including Data Entities
• Practical experience in ERP migration projects, especially transitioning from legacy ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience defining and managing testing strategies, including use of Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)
• Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies; Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is a plus
• Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, or MB-335

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for the AX2012 to D365 F&O migration project
• Preparing functional and technical documentation aligned with the D365 "One Version" model
• Recommending out-of-the-box solutions and low-code technologies to minimize custom development
• Managing and maintaining the product backlog in Azure DevOps, including prioritization and reviews
• Contributing to the system development roadmap by analyzing business needs and technology trends
• Preparing project status reports for business stakeholders and steering committees
• Defining and maintaining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies for system enhancements
• Configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and successful delivery of system changes throughout the project lifecycle

Visit to Warsaw required once per quarter.
