Customer Migration Analyst

• English language skills at advanced level (minimum C1)
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience working in Databricks
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or area
• Expert proficiency in Excel and comfortable with PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to locate sources and create processes to resolve issues
• Comfortable presenting analysis and results to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of data structures and ability to enhance data integration across the business
• Experience working in a team of analysts to align data sources and improve data infrastructure
• Experience working across multiple data sources such as customer segmentations, operational data, and IT data
• Strong understanding of data validation, analysis, problem-solving, and error checking techniques

• Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
• Experience working with Asana and GitHub

• Customer segmentation to accelerate the migration of customers by identifying eligible customers based on business value in the context of Integration activities
• Performing ad-hoc and regular customer analysis
• Assisting the execution of customer migrations through data and analytical skillset, advising on data-driven conclusions
• Communicating with a wide range of stakeholders regarding project requirements, data interpretation, and development of recommendations
• Collaborating with stakeholders across functions and countries
• Working in a team of analysts, regularly aligning on project requirements and process changes
• Developing and maintaining core datasets used by the Analytics team across the project
• Identifying and resolving data issues
• Working with a wide range of data sources, including liaising with SMEs to identify new data sources
• Evaluating project performance utilizing transactional data sources and survey results
