Head of Procurement | f/m/d

• Fluency in English (C1)
• Master’s degree in Economics, Logistics, or Management
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the IT industry
• Good knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Coupa) and hands-on experience with their implementation
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Highly developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach to achieving business objectives and delivering results
• High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment
• Collaborative mindset with ability to build effective relationships across functions
• Experience in leading and managing small teams

Optional:

• Knowledge of German and/or other languages

• Monitor and manage the daily activities and performance of the procurement team ensuring compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and group requirements
• Supervise contractual commitments and relationships with third-party suppliers
• Acquire and develop new supplier relationships to support business needs
• Support implementation of procurement strategies to achieve operational and business goals
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in expected quality and quantity
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Drive transparency, efficiency, optimization, and standardization of procurement processes in line with local and Group requirements
• Cooperate closely with key stakeholders across the company and the Group
• Manage and control the departmental budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
