• Good knowledge of Bash, Perl, Python, and Linux (SUSE)
• Additional knowledge of YAML, Robot Framework, Docker, Kubernetes, KVM, VMWare, NetApp, Jenkins, GitLab, Cisco, Fujitsu Primergy, SAP Services, LDAP, Postgres, Azure DevOps
• Strong DevOps skills including CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation of build and deployment processes
• Ability to develop complex products and solutions on time according to specifications and standards
• Achievement of targeted product quality
• Application of development processes, guidelines, and tools
• Documentation of processes or products/solutions as required
• Recognized as an expert in area of responsibility
• Solving escalated problems
• Effective communication and teamwork including with external development partners
• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• English language skills at B2/C1 level
• Passion for clean and smart code and great engineering work

• Design, specification, implementation of software features according to defined requirements
• Act as an active team member within the development team to develop high quality products
• Follow defined ways of working, coding standards, and procedures
• Cooperate within local and international team including technical and project management
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs in cooperation with Quality Assurance
• Refactor and optimize existing code
• Act as a technical advisor for development and service
• Maintain high level of product and solution knowledge
• Provide development support during lifecycle of complex modules, products, and solutions
• Responsible for development of new versions and updates
• Evaluate technical trends and suggest innovative product ideas, processes, and solutions
• Use new technologies and methods actively to develop highly competitive products
• Provide and support technical documentation on realized modules and products following internal standards
• Provide maintenance support including problem solving for own modules and components as needed
• Guide less experienced team members and recommend practice improvements
