Senior HR Operations Specialist

• 4+ years of HR Operations experience.
• Significant HR operations experience within the EMEA region and strong knowledge of Polish HR processes and regulations.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Absence Management.
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong customer service mindset with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners across Poland and EMEA.
• Manage core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and benefits administration.
• Prepare employment documentation and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Support HR processes related to compensation, talent management, and employee lifecycle operations.
• Maintain employee data and records in Workday and other HR systems.
• Participate in Workday enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
