Test Manager

The client is from the medical industry, focusing on modernizing and maintaining their main system used by employees and patients in Poland.

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in QA
• Experience in coordinating tests and managing teams
• Ability to organize team work, plan tasks, and supervise execution
• Experience in status reporting and project risk management
• Practical knowledge of End-to-End and UAT testing
• Experience creating test strategies, plans, and defining quality standards
• Experience designing, implementing, or overseeing test automation processes
• Independence and strong communication skills

• Coordinate testing processes in IT projects
• Manage and plan tasks for the testing team
• Prepare testing strategies and plans
• Organize and supervise End-to-End and UAT testing
• Monitor progress and report risks
• Support the development and implementation of test automation

The job offers a hybrid work model with 2 days per week in-office presence in Gdańsk or Warszawa.
