Senior Product Manager

Our Client dominates the Polish e-commerce arena as the market leader since 1999 with a user base of over 20 million. The Client has a talented IT team of over 1,000 employees developing their own technologies with Jit Team partnership since spring 2021, focused on micro-services components of the platform.

• 4–5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or AX 2012 in roles such as Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of business processes within Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Polish tax localization) and/or Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Master Planning, Manufacturing)
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), and D365 data model including Data Entities
• Practical experience in ERP migration projects, especially transitioning legacy ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience defining and managing testing strategies including Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)
• Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies and tools; PSPO or similar Product Owner certification is a plus
• Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, or MB-335

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for the AX2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migration project
• Preparing functional and technical documentation according to the D365 "One Version" model
• Recommending out-of-the-box solutions and low-code technologies to minimize custom development
• Managing and maintaining the product backlog in Azure DevOps, including prioritization and regular reviews
• Contributing to the system development roadmap by analyzing business needs and technology trends
• Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders and steering committees
• Defining and maintaining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies for system enhancements
• Configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments to support project delivery
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and continuous improvement
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and successful delivery of system changes throughout the project lifecycle
