Senior Project Manager - Professional Services

• 5-8 years experience managing customer-facing implementation projects remotely and onsite in a technology organization
• Proven collaboration with external customers and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and detail orientation in a fast-changing environment
• Experience handling escalations at all levels
• Strong understanding of project financials including revenue, cost, and margin
• Familiar with project management software, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience creating and following repeatable project methodologies
• Desirable understanding of technology relating to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field

• Lead and manage complex programs and projects for successful deployment and adoption of Egnyte’s platform
• Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, timeline, ROI, and issues
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
• Communicate professionally following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Maintain internal processes and client documents aligned with corporate goals
• Predict and manage resources effectively; address client issues during implementation
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with proper verification
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress
• Manage overall customer relationships and satisfaction throughout engagement
• Minimal travel expected currently

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
