• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of Discovery, Preclinical, and Translational Medicine (DPTM) processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and working within SDLC and Agile environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and use cases from DPTM stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis using information from systems such as LIMS, laboratory instruments, Signals, and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including requirements, processes, methodologies, and analysis results.
• Present insights and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
