Stażysta / Stażystka w dziale Internal Support

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 systems
• Very good knowledge of MS Office 2019/365
• Basic knowledge of MacOS systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Availability for full-time employment

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
• Knowledge of networking concepts including LAN and WLAN
• Knowledge of software licensing issues
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts
• Experience in a similar IT support role

• Provide IT support for issues reported by users via Jira Service Desk
• Handle internal IT requests covering hardware, software, and network areas
• Install and configure operating systems for workstations and mobile devices
• Maintain internal systems such as WiFi networks, Mobile Device Management (MdM), and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
• Perform ongoing security monitoring of workstations
