Business Analyst

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years within Life Sciences/Pharma or Legal Operations.
• Deep understanding of Legal & Compliance domains including Matter Management, document management, legal spend, and contract management.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation; experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors; understanding data flow and system integration.
• Proactive, builder mentality with curiosity to analyze complex workflows and challenge the status quo.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders (IT, Legal, External Partners).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Translate complex legal business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define product roadmaps and lead analysis efforts across ambiguous spaces.
• Partner with legal stakeholders and IT teams to map and optimize legal processes ensuring integration with the corporate IT landscape.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to evaluate SaaS solutions aligning with enterprise standards, business priorities, and security/compliance requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leads and legal stakeholders, facilitating workshops, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus across organizational boundaries.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of legal technology solutions ensuring requirements traceability and proactive change management.
