• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline such as Supply Chain or Business Legal.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in contract management or a similar role.
• Experience in data center, construction, telecom, or utility infrastructure preferred.
• Fluent and proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills with the ability to work closely with team members and support business stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively with culturally diverse, global teams.
• Project Management skills highly preferred.
• Experience with e-sourcing systems (Coupa, SAP, Other), Smartsheet, MS Office, and AI tools preferred.
• Goal and team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and improve.
• Flexible and adaptable to fast paced environment.

Contract Management:

• Negotiate legal contracts such as NDAs, Master Agreements, SOWs, and amendments under deadlines with multiple suppliers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and supplier relationship owners to review contract redlines and drive contract execution.
• Identify potential supplier risks when engaging with new suppliers.
• Develop and negotiate SOWs with business partners including business and commercial requirements.
• Manage execution of all relevant documents including Legal agreements and verification of supplier certifications such as insurance & ISO documents.

Procurement Operation & Execution:

• Provide regular project status updates to manager and program management team.
• Execute activities in compliance with company Procurement policies.
• Proactively identify and address potential execution risks and issues.
• Guide business stakeholders through the P2P process.
• Serve as an internal customer advocate to address operational issues and provide procurement support with urgency.
